1. Full life cycle product development (requirements, architecture and design, coding, testing, deployment, training and maintenance) using our development framework focused in increasing reusability in order to gain repeatability.  Our framework is also a great mechanism to homogenize the work of several different developers and teams and a very certain way to take the future system maintenance costs down.
2. Work packages development with several levels of project management involvement.  Our project monitoring and control process area may take full control of the project or just monitoring and report the issued coding hours to our customers.  If Dawcons® PM works along with the customer to define and plan the work packages, it is also possible to provide more detailed metrics regarding the performance of the team members (like gained value or real performance vs. planned performance, etc.)
3. 100% contract engineering.  Using this model Dawcons® provides a list with pre evaluated candidates and their skills.  Our customers may pick any candidate up and work directly with him either on site or remotely.

Some of the projects/customers in which Dawcons® has provided its services as a result of the business domain understanding are:

1. DVDs Production floor control system (Technicolor – Manufacture of DVDs). 116 production lines at the larger DVD factory in the world based in Jalisco, México.
2. DVDs Pre production Floor Control System (Technicolor – Manufacture of DVDs). 5 pre production lines (intermediate goods factory) at the larger DVD factory in the world based in Jalisco, México.
3. Business process management system (Hershey’s – Food and candies Factory). Packaging engineering processes and ERP interfacing at general headquarters in México.
4. Export vehicles billing system (Honda – Manufacture of Vehicles).  Billing system for the Accord exportation process to American Honda fulfilling Mexican and US IRS, custom and customer requirements.
5. Document management system (ELF Oil Company – motor lubricants and oil derivatives).  System used to achieve and maintain ISO and TS quality models focused on documental control and action plans for deviations or quality incidents.
6. Airbag deployment system (Takata – Automotive tier one)
7. CAN/J1939 protocol fetching system (ADO – Bus Transportation Company).  Data gathering set of libraries developed to work along with a third party hardware/firmware design in order to calculate several perform variables from different engines models.  Some of the variables processed were: RPM, average speed, total distance, fuel consume, etc.
8. Zigbee® network control back office system (Sekurus – Automotive Asset Control Company).  Software suite developed to work with a high density Zigbee® network including node location algorithms and Over The Air (OTA) command traffic.
9. Vehicles telematics back office system (Vigía Systems – Vehicle Telematics Company).  Fleet management back office system including geo-fences, reports, fleet details, etc.
10. Inventory control and Warehousing System (Tamaulipas Vessel Company – Oil Platforms Service Vessels).  Batch processing inventory (off line) system for central warehouses and vessels.  Vessels requires, purchasing, supplier management, deliveries, actual inventory, supplies planning, etc.  included. On line version available.

Some of these projects had to interact with pre existent legacy systems (ERPs, payroll systems, account systems, etc.)
